Don't be fooled by the simple façade and the old bar at Ai Sàlici, because the quality of the food and the service could easily be Michelin level. Charlotte and Gianni made us feel at home, shared the history of the restaurant and insights about the thought process behind the dishes. Everything truly homemade and absolutely delicious. The tiramisu made a real impression on me, and made me feel emotional. It's not often that you find innovation on traditional dishes like that, and Gianni was able to bring his own take to make something really different, while respecting the history of tiramisu. Thank you so much for giving us such an amazing culinary experience!

During the Christmas holidays, we randomly found Ai Salici on Google Maps and decided to stop by for lunch. It turned out to be a great decision! Food was really tasty, with a great combination of flavors –my wife's risotto was an explosion of flavors. Service was super friendly and attentive and we really enjoyed the experience. I believe the international background and experience of the staff truly contributes to making Ai Salici as great as it is. Great job guys! I'll certainly go back next time I'm around here.

Had Easter lunch here with family—everything was excellent as always. Great food, simple and relaxed atmosphere, and outstanding service. The potato foam with asparagus, poached egg, and crispy bacon was a highlight. Definitely a place we’ll keep coming back to.

I've been following Ai Salici's IG page and was really glad to finally be able to visit. We had dinner and the food was just impeccable. Risotto, steak, and dessert were incredible, and we can tell there was so much passion, respect, and love for the process that goes into creating the dishes as much as it was to savor everything. Highly recommend to visit this lovely restaurant!

Amazing place that we stumbled upon our way to the Dolomites. The staff is simply amazing, and the food almost brought me to tears as they were so delicious! I would give 6 or more stars if it was possible. I recommend the entree shrimps, the French Toast was fantastic and the Unusual Tiramisu was out of this world! Thank you guys for a great experience and we’ll make sure to go back soon!

Charlotte and Gianni have an amazing restaurant with delicious food. We were visiting Zoppe with family and they were able to accommodate our large group. They were very friendly. The pumpkin gnocchi is amazing. The ribeye was as good or better than Ruth's Chris which I love. Highly recommended!!

My husband and I stopped here on the drive from Venezia to the Dolomiti. Our meal was the loveliest welcome to Italy! The chef and his wife were incredibly kind, and the food was incredible. Artfully made, locally sourced, and very very tasty. I loved how calm and open the dining room felt. We will be back on our next trip!
